- TM Qualification Framework

- Subject to change Qualification and accreditation in the TM framework is open to any person, CIOB membership and credentials are not a prerequisite. However, qualification in the TM Framework plus payment of membership fees, etc will qualify TM practitioners for CIOB membership. See more on the benefits of CIOB membership. Project Time Management Certificate PTMC is an examination based credential with no prerequisites (training courses are optional). The knowledge to be tested is schedule development and analysis based on a PDM network. The examination will be on-line multiple choice. Project Time Management Practitioner PTMP is an assessed credential based on a pass in the PTMC certificate examination and demonstrated scheduling experience. A candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years practicing as a project scheduler and competence in their work environment (by submitted evidence). Project Time Management Specialist PTMS is an examined credential. PTMS candidates will be required to hold the PTMP credential (or PTMC, plus advanced standing), demonstrate appropriate experience and pass four modules of advanced Time Managment studies (modules to be developed).
